One Therapist or Two?
For couples with children, it's often necessary for one of them to watch the kids while the other is getting the massage, so one therapist would be ideal. One provider would also be better if you had limited space in your house or hotel room because to fit two massage tables in the same room can often be a challenge.

A simultaneous massage is when two providers are giving a massage at the same time. This is ideal for couples who only have a certain amount of time or who would simply like to share the experience together. If this sounds like something for you, just make sure that you prepare a big enough space to accommodate for two massage tables. We recommend at least 12 feet by 14 feet. That means you may have to move some furniture around.

In addition to each therapist's gender, make sure to determine what kind of pressure each of you would like as it can often vary from person to person.
