I have a deep understanding of the need and benefits of massage, and I love to make people feel better. I have a broad range of massage techniques that have I have learned from working in the spa environment, a wellness center and chiropractors office. The types of massage I have experience in are: therapeutic, swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage.
