   I've been practicing bodywork since the age of 8, and I learn more every day. My goal is to assist you in opening to your full potential by integrating muscle manipulation, deep stretching and energetics to access the neuroreceptors in your soft tissue, unraveling old patterns and creating new possibilities. I practice primarily in my studio, the Zen Den, located in Venice, near the intersection of Lincoln and Rose. Come in and Namaste for a while.
